We are particularly keen to ensure that our customers do not experience problems with their IT and so work with clients to regularly monitor and maintain systems before they fail rather than simply waiting to be called out.  In addition, our contract customers benefit from discounts on our full range of products and services and no call-out fee for unplanned support.
